| Send Invitations |

You can send invitation to
the members who are listed in the search results using any of the search type.
But you can only contact them if you not contacted them before. All the members
will be listed in the search results whether
You have not contacted them.
You have already contacted them - Any invitation has already been accepted
between you and the other member.
you have already sent a invitation to them.
you have already received an invitation from them.
you have rejected thier invitaions.
To send Invitation(s) select Travel Plan(s) check the checkboxes and click 'Send
Invitation' button on search results page.
For each Invitation you send, 1 token will be put on hold. When a token is on
hold, you may not use it to invite other members. If the member you invited
accepts your invitation, and contact is established, that one token will be
deducted from your account. However, if the invited member chooses to reject
your invitation, your token will no longer be on hold.

| You can revoke the
inivitation if it has not been accepted or rejected by the receiver.When an
invitation is revoked the token being held for this invitaion will not be on
hold anymore.

| Accept/Reject Invitations |

| You can Accept/Reject the
inivitation Sent/Received by you. When an invitation is accepted, a token which
was on hold, will deducted from your account. And after that you will be able
to send messages to the member who had sent you the invitaion. When a
inivitaion if rejected, token on hold will be set free. and you can not have
any communiation with the member who had sent you the invitaion.

| This option will display
the list of members who has contacted you during a particular period. By
default it will show you the list of members who have contacted you in past 15
days.

default it will show you the list of members who you have contacted in past 15
days.
